Meet my brother, his beautiful wife, and their adorable little girl, Charli!

Charli is Jett's first and only cousin on my side of the family.

I was so excited when they asked me to take their family pictures.

They already had a location in mind and everything.  

Although rain clouds threatened to ruin our shoot, we didn't feel a drop til the very end.

It turned out perfect.

King Family

I was so happy when I was asked by this family to take their family photos.  I have gotten to know this family a little more by being neighbors with them and they are as fun and cute as they seem!

Jett's Vintage 1st Birthday Photo Shoot!

As we were driving one day, we found this fun vintage-looking garage with lots of the classic and old trucks and cars.  I knew it would be perfect for Jett's 1st Birthday photoshoot since he LOVES cars and trucks, and I wanted to incorporate the vintage style of his birthday party (red wagon themed).

He loved exploring all the different trucks!

Our big boy was learning to walk and took quite a few steps during the shoot!!

Baby Maelin

If I am being honest, this was one of my favorite newborn session I have done yet.

This little guy was so perfect and cooperative the whole time! 

He was asleep almost the entire time, that I was able to do so many different poses and positions with him.

And if I remember right, he hasn't changed one bit in 4 months!

His parents are good friends of ours and I just love this little family.

Little Miss Aliah

I knew this lil' miss was going to be gorgeous just by the genes she's got from her parents.  

She was wide awake and alert most of the session, so we got to capture those beautiful eyes.

I gotta admit, I was a little bummed during this session because we did the pictures in the evening of a cloudy/gloomy day and we were quickly losing light.  

But, we took advantage of the time and light we got and I think we still came out with some pretty gorgeous shots.
