Hey there! My name is Jennifer - but you can call me Jen.

I have had a variety of hobbies and passions throughout my life, but photography is the main one that has stuck with me.  I love being able to capture and create images that are priceless and sentimental.   I am a true believer in the phrase "a picture is worth a thousand words".

Growing up, I always knew I wanted to do something "with kids" -which is what I would say whenever anyone would ask me the oh-so-common question, "what do you want to do when you grow up?".

My dream job has always been a child's photographer.
Whenever I would see posters or ads of children, my inspiration grew with each one and my mind went crazy with ideas of what I could do.

Although I still had a passion for photography and did it on the side for friends and family, I pursued a career in teaching.  I taught 3rd grade for two years before our 1st little man was born, and then I was blessed to have the opportunity to stay home.   Having a child of my own helped my passion for photography grow even more, specifically photographing babies and children.

I have had a variety of supporters and encouragers throughout my experience through photography.  From my best friend in high school that gave me my first SLR camera handed down from family, to all sorts of friends asking me to take pictures of them (mostly for my benefit to gain more experience), to my parents and siblings, to my biggest supporter and influence: my amazing husband.  Ever since our dating days, he has encouraged me to follow my passion and dreams.  He has surprised me more times than I can count with new supplies or items that has helped me better my photography skills.   He is the one that has really made my dreams come true.

I currently reside in Tooele County, but often travel down to my "home" in southern Utah.  I specialize in children, newborns, and families.  I love capturing colorful, vibrant, and fun images.

I am constantly brainstorming ideas and finding inspiration.  I love when a "vision" of an idea pops into my head inspired from an object, a place, or a picture.  I am always learning new things as I go, but I certainly love what I do!
